Rent a Studio

  • All requests and bookings are made online through the website. We do not accept cash or checks. All payment is made online through the payment portal.

  • Repeat bookings get first preference.

    Block Rental. Block Rental is $15/hr. All booking is made under one booking to avail of this rate.

  • Program/Rehearsal Rental by Nonprofit Community Organizations. Nonprofit rental is $18/hr for community groups.

  • Short Term/Walk-in based on availability. Regular rent is $20/hr.

Cancelation policy

As we have volunteers helping with booking, we request that people try to book with the intention of using the time slots they request. There is no refund for cancellation. In the event of a cancellation, new booking needs to be made as a new request.
