  • All requests and bookings are made online through the website. We do not accept cash or checks. All payment is made online through the payment portal.

  • BLOCK RENTAL IS $18/HR. ALL BOOKING MUST BE MADE UNDER ONE BOOKING TO AVAIL OF THIS RATE. A MINIMUM OF 12 WEEKS BOOKING IS REQUIRED.

  • PROGRAM/REHEARSAL RENTAL BY NONPROFIT COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS FOR 6 WEEKS IS $18/HR FOR COMMUNITY GROUPS.

  • SHORT TERM $25/HOUR. NO REFUND FOR BOOKINGS DONE 3 DAYS BEFORE EVENT.

Cancelation policy

As we have volunteers helping with booking, we request that people try to book with the intention of using the time slots they request. There is no refund for cancellation. In the event of a cancellation, new booking needs to be made as a new request.

CANCELLATION: EACH CANCELLATION FOR ANY BOOKING (INCLUDING BLOCK AND PROGRAM REHEARSAL) WILL RETAIN 25% OF THE COST TOWARDS ADMIN COSTS.
